Shipping Information

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES. 

We want you to receive your order as fast as possible! With that said, orders placed before 11:00am CST are usually shipped the same business day. During periods of high volume, orders may ship within two to three business days from the time they were entered. Christmas is a good example. We do not ship on the weekends.

Sportsmen Express ships all items via UPS and our shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the most up-to-date information obtained direct from the UPS web site.

NOTE: UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

If you cancel your order after Sportsmen Express has shipped it, you are still responsible for the costs associated with shipping it. Refusing to accept the delivery of your Sportsmen Express order does not constitute a cancellation of that order. You are still responsible for all costs associated with shipping the order to you. The refund that you will receive is only for the merchandise returned to us.

Please note that expedited shipping does not mean your item will packaged and shipped quicker.

Signature Waiver/Confirmation

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your item has shipped, providing you with the tracking information. By looking up the tracking information, you can view the details of the shipment, be aware of any problems during delivery and confirm delivery.

Please be advised that ownership of our products passes on to you, the purchaser, at the time of pick-up by UPS who will act on your behalf as your agent. If the recipient is not available, packages may be left at the carrier's discretion. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery, although we will do everything possible and work with the shipping carrier to help retrieve any missing packages, should this rare situation occur.

Shipping to Military APO & FPO Address.

We are unable to ship APO or FPO addresses.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaiiand. Shipping charges for these addresses will be calculated in real time based on your ship to address and the most up to date rates available on UPS.com. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must be either 2nd day air or Next Day Air.
